Vestry does not collect or store any personal data. All calculations happen locally in your browser. Nothing you enter into our tools is ever sent to or stored on our servers.
What data do we hold?
The straightforward answer is: none. Vestry is a static website. Our tools are built entirely in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and run locally in your browser. When you adjust a slider or enter a figure, that information stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
We do not have a database. We do not have user accounts. We do not track your behaviour across sessions.

If you join our waitlist
If you choose to submit your email address via our waitlist form, that email is collected and stored by Formspree, a third-party form service. We receive it by email and use it only to contact you about Vestry updates.
We will never sell your email address, share it with third parties for marketing, or add you to any list without your knowledge. You can ask us to remove your email at any time by contacting us directly.
Formspree's own privacy policy applies to data processed through their platform. You can read it at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
Our hosting provider
Vestry is hosted on Vercel. Like all web hosts, Vercel may collect standard server access logs (including IP addresses and pages visited) as part of normal infrastructure operation. This data is handled under Vercel's own privacy policy and is not accessible to or used by Vestry.
Your rights under Australian privacy law
The Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) govern how organisations handle personal information. Because Vestry collects no personal data (other than waitlist emails, on an opt-in basis), your privacy rights in relation to Vestry are straightforward.
If you have submitted your email to our waitlist and would like it removed, contact us and we will delete it promptly. There is no other personal data held by Vestry to access, correct, or delete.
